We loved the location of the hotel close to the beautiful Dnipro river with a stunning view from the terrace. The hotel facilities were top-notch with excellent Wi-Fi throughout and spacious rooms that were both clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel location was great, being close to the Dnipro river. the room was comfortable and clean, with a good view of the river from the window. the breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the facilities in the room were good, including a safe deposit box and ironing board.

There was a temporary water outage that affected the hotel, but this was likely due to poor infrastructure outside of the hotel's control.

The hotel surprised me with its top-notch security and facilities. The room was spacious and well equipped, with comfortable bedding and spotless linens. The location was convenient, as public transport stopped right outside the hotel and it was only a short walk to the city center. I also appreciated the restaurant's menu variety and reasonable prices.

The staff's attitude was somewhat cold and indifferent, making the check-in process less welcoming and less personalized. A major drawback of the hotel was the lack of a pool or any other activities.

We had a wonderful romantic escape, with great views of the river. the continental breakfast was varied and fresh, with delicious pastries and fresh fruit. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city's main attractions. We also enjoyed the room service, which was efficient and offered a good range of options.

Sadly, the water pressure in the shower was not sufficient and leaked onto the bathroom floor. some of the service staff were not very friendly or helpful.

The room itself was clean, cozy, and had a great view of the river. The bed was soft, and the rain head shower was a luxurious touch. The hotel also provided complimentary bottled water in the room, which I appreciated. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at Khortitsa Palace. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.
